Dubai, UAE: Automechanika Dubai 2024, the region’s largest automotive aftermarket event, will spotlight the UAE’s ambitious electric mobility (eMobility) targets. Scheduled from 10-12 December 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event will explore cutting-edge strategies, policies, and technologies reshaping sustainable transportation and the automotive aftermarket.
The Innovation4Mobility Conference, a highlight of the event, will bring together global and regional experts to address challenges and opportunities in the EV ecosystem. Topics will include electrification trends, digital innovation, and behavioural science in sustainable mobility. Key speakers include Heiko Seitz of PwC, Khaled Al Awadhi of RTA, and Dr. Stephane Dreher of ERTICO.
With EVs projected to account for 25% of new vehicle sales by 2035, according to PwC’s eMobility Outlook 2024, the UAE’s focus on initiatives like the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy and EV infrastructure development underscores its commitment to reducing carbon emissions.
Celebrating its 21st edition, Automechanika Dubai will feature over 2,200 exhibitors from 60+ countries and welcome 56,000 visitors, alongside Logimotion, a dedicated logistics event.
